This Privacy Policy applies to apps and websites published by Yahenskyi, including HIITual, Tally, Habits, Random, FocusLab, Grammar, Eye Workout, Shopper, Toothy, Daily Quote, Affirmations, Alias, Cindy, and related support pages on yahenskyi.dev.
The short version
Yahenskyi products are designed to collect as little information as practical. Most app content you create, such as counters, habits, workouts, lists, quotes, timers, game data, and settings, is stored on your device or in platform services you choose to use, such as iCloud. Yahenskyi does not sell personal information.
Information apps may collect or store
Depending on the app and features you use, an app may store information you enter or generate, such as habit records, counters, workout settings, focus sessions, grocery lists, favorite quotes, affirmations, game settings, challenge links, reminders, preferences, and notes. This information is used to provide the app’s core functionality.
Some apps may use optional Apple platform features such as iCloud sync, widgets, notifications, Siri Shortcuts, App Intents, Health, or Apple Watch. When those features are used, Apple may process related data under Apple’s own privacy terms and your device settings.
Apps that provide text review, writing help, workout suggestions, or similar assisted features may process the text or prompt you submit only to provide that requested feature. Do not submit passwords, financial information, medical records, or other sensitive information unless the app explicitly asks for it and you choose to provide it.
Website information
This website may receive basic technical request information needed to deliver pages securely and reliably, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, referrer, and timestamp. yahenskyi.dev uses privacy-friendly analytics to understand visits and outbound links without building advertising profiles.
Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases, free trials, refunds, and subscriptions are handled by Apple or the relevant app marketplace. Yahenskyi does not receive your full payment card details. Store providers may share limited purchase status information so paid features can be unlocked and supported.
Support and contact messages
If you email Yahenskyi for support, privacy, or deletion requests, the message may include your email address, the information you choose to provide, app name, device details, screenshots, or diagnostic context. This information is used to answer your request, troubleshoot issues, and keep a reasonable support history.
How information is shared
Yahenskyi does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be processed by service providers that help operate the apps, website, analytics, customer support, cloud sync, app marketplaces, payments, or assisted app features. These providers are used only for the purposes described in this policy.
Information may also be disclosed if required by law, to protect users, to investigate abuse or security issues, or as part of a business transfer where this policy continues to apply to the transferred information.
Data retention
Data stored locally in an app remains on your device until you delete it, reset the app, or uninstall the app. Data stored in iCloud or another platform service remains available according to your Apple ID, device, and iCloud settings until you delete it there.
Support emails and privacy requests are generally retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction, unless a longer period is required to resolve a dispute, comply with law, prevent abuse, or maintain necessary business records. Website analytics and technical logs are generally retained for up to 26 months, or for a shorter period when no longer needed.
If an app does not transmit personal data to Yahenskyi servers for a feature you use, Yahenskyi does not retain that app data on its own servers.
Data deletion
You can delete most app data directly by deleting items inside the app, resetting the app where available, disabling iCloud sync, deleting related iCloud data from your Apple device settings, or uninstalling the app. You can also delete emails or support conversations from your own email account.
To request deletion of personal data that Yahenskyi may hold, email privacy@yahenskyi.dev with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include the app name, the email address you used to contact support, and enough detail to identify the data. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information. Yahenskyi will verify and respond to deletion requests within a reasonable time, generally within 30 days where required by applicable law.
Some information may be retained when necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business records. When retention is required, access is limited and the information is kept only for as long as necessary.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing of personal information where these rights apply under laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other privacy laws. You may also withdraw optional permissions in your device settings, such as notifications, Health, iCloud, Siri, or other app permissions.
Children’s privacy
Yahenskyi apps are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact privacy@yahenskyi.dev and Yahenskyi will take reasonable steps to delete it where required.
Security
Yahenskyi uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including limiting collection, using HTTPS for this website, relying on platform security controls, and restricting access to support or operational information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but the goal is to keep the data surface small and protected.
International availability
Apps and this website may be available in multiple countries. Information may be processed in countries other than where you live, subject to applicable legal safeguards and the terms of the relevant platform or service provider.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when apps, features, providers, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date shows when the latest version took effect.
